소년원 공무원의 인권의식 수준과 인권교육적 함의

This study was to determine the attitudes and behaviors of human rights situation in the detention center officials. For identify the relevant target variables affecting human rights this research was carried out to establish the long-term, practical measures of aboriginal adolescents. Develop relevant indicators through the juvenile status and previous studies analyzed for this purpose, and in August 2014, from 16 September to 27 national juvenile court judges and classification were sent to each administrative support to the questionnaire. Engaged in the juvenile detention center were analyzed and classified auditors official total of 435 people. Women than men, career is higher, education is lower, institutional context, human dignity and self-efficacy score is significantly higher to human consciousness. The results of this study will clarify the level of juvenile diagnose human rights officials and the significance of the research to be looked at in terms of human rights education to explore the development plan.
