헤겔의 칸트 비판과 "사변철학"의 형성원리

본 논문은 헤겔이 칸트의 철학을 어떻게 비판하는지 그리고 그러한 비판으로부터 진리 혹은 절대자에 대한 개념적 인식의 토대를 어떻게 마련하는지를 고찰한다. 이때 비판의 대상인 칸트철학의 핵심은 다음과 같이 정리된다. 첫째, 경험적 사유와 선험적 사유는 구분되며, 선험적 사유는 그 자체 인식의 대상이 될 수 없으며 오히려 경험적 인식의 정당성을 근거지우는 토대가 된다. 둘째, 경험적 인식은 그 객관적 타당성의 조건으로서 직관을 필요로 한다. 셋째, 직관에 의해 제약되는 인식은 사물 자체에 관한 것이 아니라 현상으로 이해되어야 한다. 넷째, 경험을 넘어서 개념을 사용하게 될 때, 이성은 사변적이게 되고 사변적인 것은 변증법적이게 되므로, 이성에 의한 개념의 사용은 경험에 국한되어야 한다.이러한 칸트철학에 대한 비판을 통해 헤겔은 참된 철학은 ``사변철학``이어야 함을 주장한다. 이때 사변철학이란 대상을 감각적 제약으로부터 벗어나 순수 사유규정에 따라 인식할 뿐만 아니라 그 대상을 대립적 규정들의 동일성으로 인식하려는 철학이라고 할 수 있다. This paper inquires into Hegel`s criticism on Kant`s philosophy and how to arrange the foundation of ``Begreifen`` to recognize the truth or the absolute. The Kant`s philosophy which is the target of criticism is summarized as follows. First, empirical thinking and transcendental thinking should be differentiated, and the latter can`t be the object of knowledge but the foundation which justifies the empirical knowledge. Second, the empirical knowledge requires the sensible intuition for its objective validity. Third, the knowledge which is restricted by the sensible intuition should be understood as not thing itself but phenomenon. Fourth, when the reason uses the concepts of understanding over the experience, it becomes speculative. Because the speculative becomes dialectical, the use of concepts of understanding by reason should be restrained in the limitation of experience. From the criticism on Kant`s theses above summarized Hegel proclaimed the true philosophy should be ``speculative Philosophy``. This Philosophy is one which recognizes object not only according to the pure thought but also as identity in conflictual regulations.
