AMINO-ACID REQUIREMENTS OF A CELL STRAIN MFS8-IV

The cell strain MFS8-IV has been studied for its amino-acid requirements. The results show that arginine, cystine, glutamine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine and valine are essential for maximum growth.
