Summary: | We present the case of an immunocompetent host with acute glomerulonephritis following parvovirus B19 infection. Renal biopsy demonstrated immune-mediated disease; parvovirus B19 DNA was detected in renal tissue and blood. The patient improved with corticosteroid therapy.
