Wide-band Tunable Laser via Integration of High Precision Wavelength Spacing DFB Lasers

We report a tunable laser by integrating sixteen DFB lasers with high wavelength-spacing uniformity. Wavelength deviations of 89.3% DFB lasers are within ±0.2 nm, enabling high overall yield and low tuning range of each laser.
