Summary: | In this paper, the waveform of the class E power amplifier with pi network in the time domain is analyzed. The analytical design expressions are derived and the effects of series inductance on the waveform are obtained compared with conventional topology. The results suggest that this new topology can obtain high power output capability Cp in broadband. The maximum of the power output capability is equal to 0.1049. |
