Summary:In this paper established a new model by Modified and extended the ASM1 (Activated Sludge Model No.1) model. It was added new items in matrix and added new equations into equation group. The new extended model developed ASM1 by added phosphorus removal function. Validated by BSM1 (Benchmark Simulation Model No.1) and ASM2 model, results showed that the extended model can apply to wastewater treatment plant more easily.
