Summary: | This paper presents a new procedure of miniaturization of selective filters with narrow bandwidth, realized in the multilayer technique. The goal of miniaturization has been the reduction of the resonator footprint area and the possibility of printing the resonators in multiple layers, which would allow a reduction of the filter footprint area. In order to suppress unwanted passbands, the realization procedure of resonator with printed capacitor is presented. The proposed method realizes reduction of the footprint area more than 25% compared to standard multilayer implementation with open-loop resonators. |
