Summary: | This paper presents the design and implementation of a short-range wireless communication system that employs single chip nRF24L01 transceiver modules for high-quality image transmission. The nRF24L01 transceiver which operates in the licence free worldwide 2.4GHz ISM band provides both low-cost and low-power wireless solutions for functional and battery operated applications. An interface software was developed both at the transmitter site and at the receiver site. The application of the system proposed in practical experiment has showed that the wireless system transmits image data in high quality over a short-range environment, successfully. |
