Four-layered coplanar waveguide with double side conductor backings

The wave propagation characteristics are analyzed by the modified spectral domain approach (SDA). The new proposed multilayered waveguide has certain advantages over traditional two-layered waveguide and is suitable for the application of multilayered packaging structure.
