Summary: | This study presents the results of application of the holographic phase contrast method for computer 3D imaging of native blood erythrocytes. In this method, phase contrast is obtained by holographic addition and subtraction of perturbed waves by the micro-objects and unperturbed waves of equal intensities in interference fringes. From the presented results, it can be concluded that the holographic phase contrast method can be effectively used for 3D imaging of phase micro-objects. The holographic interference microscope with computer processing of interferograms can be an effective device for the purposes of medical diagnostics and scientific investigations. |
