Application of the locally corrected Nystro/spl uml/m method to the EFIE for the linear dipole antenna

Summary:The locally corrected Nystro/spl uml/m method is used to solve the electric field integral equation to determine the currents and input impedance of a hollow linear dipole. The results suggest that the Nystro/spl uml/m method, despite the use of a discontinuous underlying representation for the currents, can produce currents and input impedance comparable in accuracy to those obtained by the method of moments.
