Complete simulating tool for all-optical high bit-rate signal processing schemes based on noisy SOAs

A numerical prediction of the noisy SOAs behavior along with the injected current dependence is presented and experimentally validated. The proposed modeling is suitable for analysis of all-optical signal processing schemes at high bit-rate.
