A Fan-in Fan-Out Device for Seven-Core Ten-Mode Fiber Based on Commercial Multi-Mode Fiber Tapering
We designed, simulated and fabricated a fan-in fan-out device for 7-core 10-mode fiber, which was conveniently fabricated with commercial multi-mode fiber utilizing fused tapered techniques with a mode insertion loss no more than 2.57 dB.
