Angular Deflection and Frequency Translation Near the Critical Angle in Finite Time-Varying Media
We study time refraction and angular deflection in finite dynamic media. We find the effect is maximized at the critical angle. Its ultrafast nature suggests an attosecond streak camera as an application.
