Kerr Optical Frequency Division with SiN-Based Photonics for Low Noise mmWave Generation
Kerr optical frequency division is demonstrated with SiN-based reference cavity and soliton. Stable 110 GHz mmWave is generated, and the measured phase noise reaches record-low level at 10 kHz offset for integrated photonic microwave/mmWave os-cillators. © 2024 The Author(s)
