Summary: | Danang plating factory usually produces accessories, galvanized and produces some components, so during the production process, even cleaning stage, heavy metals often enter waste sludge. Waste sludge containing heavy metals is one of the hazardous sludge that must be treated safely to decrease the risk of dispersing pollutants into the environment (soil, water and air). Sludge hardening at the plating factory by hardening method is a simple, effective technology and popular in the world. In this study, we proposed hardening method in the waste plastic bottle. The results showed that, the mixture of sludge and cement was 6:4 (sludge: cement), we had a product that satisfied the TCVN 4314:2003 standard (R\gt 7,5 \mathrm{MPa}) and the concentration of heavy metal ions (\mathrm{Zn}, \mathrm{Cd}) is lower than the permittied value of the QCVN 07:2009/BTNMT standard. |
