Summary: | This paper establishes a comprehensive technical-economic evaluation framework for distribution networks, encompassing technical aspects like power quality, grid structure, and technological advancements, as well as economic factors such as costs and revenues. The information entropy and fuzzy analytic hierarchy method are adopted in the weight determination, balancing subjective and objective judgments. Based on the established index weight system, an investment benefit evaluation and decision-making model is constructed. The analysis result of the proposed method verifies the ability to achieve the best techno-economic benefits in terms of improving reliability. The paper highlights the benefits of distributed power sources and calls for future research to incorporate non-economic factors and develop refined decision models for sustainable power industry development. |
