Summary:To address the critical need for advanced battery management in electric vehicles (EVs), this research study presents an innovative Battery Management System (BMS) by utilizing Arduino Nano and precision sensors. The proposed system performs well in real-time monitoring of charge and temperature, optimizing battery performance and longevity. A smart LCD interface provides drivers with essential information. This research study proposes a novel approach to enhance State of Charge (SOC) estimation by incorporating temperature coefficients into a state space battery model. This method addresses the limitations of existing techniques by accurately accounting for temperature's impact on battery performance. This research study contributes to the development of efficient and reliable BMS solutions for the growing EV market.
