Summary: | The traditional antenna test system has been perfected after a long time of development, and the mechanical equipment for loading antenna usually adopts scanning frame and turntable, which has the disadvantages of bulky volume, high cost and inconvenient transportation. In this paper, the antenna test system based on 6-DOF Manipulator, the use of flexible 6-DOF Manipulator instead of the traditional scanning frame or rotary table, with compact and flexible, easy to carry, comprehensive test parameters and other characteristics, to solve the limited space at the test site, the complexity of the test environment, the test object installed in a variety of locations and can not be disassembled and other issues. The system consists of high-performance vector network analyzer, high-precision 6-DOF Manipulator and its controller, test probe, RF cable and other parts, with the directional map, sub-flap level, gain, axial ratio, directional coefficient and other parameters of measurement functions, can be used for phased array antenna, waveguide gap antenna and other types of antennas of electrical performance parameters of high-precision testing, the research in the related fields have reference significance. |
