Summary:Implementation of automated testing for the Order to Cash business process on SAP ECC 6.0 using UiPath software, with a case study of PT Telkom Indonesia. PT Telkom Indonesia, a state-owned enterprise in the information technology and telecommunications sector, faces the need for an integrated application system to support company operations. They have implemented SAP ECC 6.0 to manage financial transactions, especially through the Order to Cash module. However, this process still faced challenges in efficient cash management due to manual limitations. To overcome this, we chose to implement automated testing using UiPath, with an Agile approach. This research aims to improve the efficiency of the Order to Cash process with SAP ECC 6.0. The results are expected to provide insight for PT Telkom Indonesia and similar entities in utilizing technology to improve business operations.
