Summary:The structural form and characteristics of the fuel injection system in automobile engines directly affect the performance of the engine, and the calculation and analysis of the fuel system is an important method for designing and improving engine performance. On the basis of analyzing the structure and mathematical models of the electronic fuel injection system of the engine, this paper establishes simulation models for mechanical fuel system and electronic fuel system respectively, and conducts simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the electronic fuel system can play a good buffering role, eliminate unstable working states such as secondary injection, cavitation, and abnormal injection, thereby forming ideal unloading characteristics and improving engine fuel injection performance.
