Summary:The maritime electromagnetic spectrum environment is complex and changeable, in order to realize more flexible and wider electromagnetic spectrum monitoring and management, the maritime distributed electromagnetic spectrum monitoring system should come into being. Influenced by the complex environment at sea, the topology changes frequently and conventional topology collection and construction methods cannot be updated in a timely manner, which leads to communication failures between nodes. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a neighbor node discovery and topology collection mechanism based on quality link adaptation for complex maritime electromagnetic environments. A reliable network topology is established through efficient and reliable neighbor node discovery and topology collection and updating mechanisms to improve the quality and reliability of communication within the networking system. The method adds link quality as a condition for communication establishment between nodes to optimize the topological relationship between nodes; meanwhile, topology collection and updating based on feedback control algorithm constructs a more reliable topology.
