Summary:New type of thin-film neuromorphic devices which integrate memristors and capacitors have been demonstrated. Using the dynamic behavior of memristors and capacitors circuit, we constructed the sum-of-products circuit for the continuous spike pulses. By experiments and circuit simulation, it was confirmed that the operation of each is the same. As these behaviors are similar to changes in membrane potential, we thought that the integrated devices could be used as synapses in neural networks.
