Summary:An abstract was not provided in the original work, so a preliminary abstract has been prepared as follows. HiRE-RNA is a coarse-grained phenomenological model for folding and assembly of RNA which fully accounts for non-canonical interactions including the possibility of simultaneous multiple base pairs to give rise to triple and quadruple helices. The model correctly predicts the structure of a triple helix pseudoknot of 49 nucleotides from the knowledge of the sequence only.
