Summary:Industrial symbiosis is a concept that expresses the protection of natural resources and the provision of ecological balance. Today, however, the concept of industrial symbiosis is increasingly being addressed from an organizational perspective. From an organizational point of view, industrial symbiosis is considered as a cooperative network strategy that organizations implement in order to gain competitive advantage and survive. In this context, the aim of this study is to create a framework on how the concept of industrial symbiosis is handled from an organizational perspective by using a bibliometric approach and to provide detailed information to researchers so that they can work on the subject. In this study, the most effective authors, journals, and countries were determined by using the Wosviewer program of 196 works obtained from the Web of Science database between 1993-2022. In the research findings, the most productive country in inter-organizational symbiotic relations was the USA, and the most cited authors were Davis and Eisenhardt. In this context, it is thought that this study will create a general framework for researchers who want to work in the future.
