Summary:This paper investigates the impacts of the social isolation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic on creative processes of Brazilian TV series developed on Writers' Rooms. Initially, we point out theoretical-methodological questions about the Writers' Room, through a review of the literature. Then, we analyze interviews with screenwriters who worked during the pandemic, to finally present main advantages and disadvantages of the remote work on Writers' Room as a creative process.
