Advances in ICTs have promoted the use of software tools as a means of support and complement in the classroom. In Operational Research, as Linear Programming exercises increase their number of variables and thus approaching to real-life situations, manual resolution becomes complex, increasing the resolution time and hinders the learning itself. Therefore, the present work introduces on the one hand, an intuitive multiplatform web tool called Tanziflex that allows solving problems of linear programming, and that can be used by students regardless of the career in which the subject is taught; and on the other hand, it carries out a usability study of the tool in order to identify positive items and points of improvement. Finally, the conclusions and future work are presented.
