Summary:Labor law is the product of the struggle of thousands of people who lost their lives demanding better working conditions. For this reason, until some years ago it was considered one of the most important legal advances for the working class; However, neoliberalism has caused the worker-employer relationship to undergo an atrocious transformation that damages the individual and collective rights of the entire working class, which is why labor flexibilization has become a primordial and indispensable tool worldwide. An example of this is the Mexican labor reform of 2012, whose approval gave legality to both hiring with probation period and the hiring of initial training.
