Summary: | The present study had as general objective to show the didactic of the higher education teacher compared with the academic experience and reporting the main difficulties faced by this professional. The theme is justified because it is fundamental for the teacher of Higher Education to have adequate educational training that is aimed at a Brazilian cultural diversity; for the technological area, didactic innovations, in which their professional daily life will need to deal. It was concluded that the teacher even in the face of a differentiated and innovative didactic should be concerned primarily with welcoming the student, respecting differences and valuing each opportunity for the improvement and enrichment of the teaching and learning processes in the light of the cultural diversity that presents itself in the classroom. There are no strategies and methodologies ready and finished for the higher education teacher to work with diversity, but rather their daily observation that will make it able to carry out activities befitting their students. The methodological resources used for the research were through a bibliographical survey. It was exploratory research. Keywords: Higher Education. Teacher. Didactic. O presente estudo teve como objetivo geral mostrar a didatica do professor do Ensino Superior comparado com a experiencia academica e relatando as principais dificuldades enfrentadas por este profissional. O tema e justificado porque e fundamental que o docente do Ensino Superior tenha formacao educacional adequada que esteja voltada para uma diversidade cultural brasileira; para a area tecnologica, inovacoes didaticas, em que seu cotidiano profissional precisara lidar. Concluiu-se que o professor mesmo diante de uma didatica diferenciada e inovadora deve se preocupar primeiramente em acolher o aluno, respeitar as diferencas e valorizar cada oportunidade para o aperfeicoamento e enriquecimento dos processos de ensino e aprendizagem diante da diversidade cultural que se apresenta na sala de aula. Nao ha estrategias e metodologias prontas e acabas para que o professor do Ensino Superior trabalhe com a diversidade, mas sim a sua observacao diaria que fara com que o mesmo consiga realizar atividades condizentes com seus alunos. Os recursos metodologicos utilizados para a pesquisa foram por meio de um levantamento bibliografico. Tratou-se de pesquisa exploratoria. Palavras-chave: Ensino Superior. Docente. Didatica. |
