Summary: | There is no doubt that Joan Fontcuberta (Barcelona, 1955) is a reference in terms of photographic image and its truthfulness. In this sense, the artist points out that "every photograph is a fiction that is presented as true". However, in the present text, in addition to referring to this interesting question, our objective is to analyze a specific project by Joan Fontcuberta, with the title Orogenesis, where a series of natural landscapes are the result of a computer program. Keywords: photography / landscape / digital image.
