Summary:Labor law is the product of the struggle of thousands of people who lost their lives demanding better working conditions. For this reason, until some years ago it was considered one of the most important legal advances for the working class; However, neoliberalism has caused the worker-employer relationship to undergo an atrocious transformation that damages the individual and collective rights of the entire working class, which is why labor flexibilization has become a primordial and indispensable tool worldwide. An example of this is the Mexican labor reform of 2012, whose approval gave legality to both hiring with probation period and the hiring of initial training. Keywords: Individual Work Relationship; Individual Work Contract; Initial Training Contract; Hiring on Probation; Law Federal of Work (Mexico) El derecho laboral es producto de la lucha de miles de personas que perdieron su vida reclamando mejores condiciones de trabajo, por este motivo, hasta hace algunos anos, era considerado como uno de los avances juridicos mas importantes para la clase trabajadora; sin embargo, el neoliberalismo ha ocasionado que la relacion trabajador-patron sufra una transformacion atroz que lesiona los derechos individuales y colectivos de toda la clase trabajadora, es por ello que la flexibilizacion laboral, se ha convertido en una herramienta primordial e indispensable a nivel mundial. Un ejemplo de lo mencionado es la reforma laboral mexicana de 2012, cuya aprobacion le dio legalidad tanto a la contratacion con periodo a prueba como a la contratacion de capacitacion inicial.
