Summary:The paper has investigated the ability of seed production conceived on selection of high productive and resistent to harmfull agencies Yugoslav cultivars of common mushroom. In this experimental and working phase of mycelium production the mushroom farms have been used. It has been done the selection of qualitative specimens before any further step ongrowing. The following conclusions are: By the selection of high productive monospore cultivars which is one of the basic method for isolation of new, white and beige cultivars, are produced the qualitative morphological specimens, that point out the good heredity of parents features. The technology of mycelium seed mass production on wheat is improved; with special turn to examination of moisture, and PH validity of substrate that offer the optimal conditions for the growth of mycelium. The sowing results gained by this seed will be summarised in extra work.
