Summary: | Nutritive value of pasta, noodle and noodle supplemented with eggs, soya flour, milk or spinish is presented. Nutritive value is expressed by empirical parameters like biological value, NPV and relatively new one - "probyte". These data show that nutritive value of noodle and pasta is very small. Protein supplements that contain highly nutritious proteins like eggs, soya and milk, can increase the nutritive value of noodles. |
