Summary:The aim of this study is to evaluate influence of soybean lacking the Kunitz trypsin inhibitor on the performance on broilers. The study was performed on 400 one-day old Arbor Acres broilers divided into four groups. Control group was fed with mixture which contain soybean meal, while mixture for other groups contain crude Kunitz trypsin-free soybeans, extruded Kunitz trypsin-free soybeans or extruded Aura soybeans. Average daily gains for control and experimental groups were 39.7; 32.8; 42.0 and 41.5, respectively. Feed gain ratio for control and experimental groups were 2.14; 2.41; 2.03 and 2.02, respectively. It is concluded that the performances were negatively correlated with presence of trypsin inhibitor in the feed.
