Summary:This is a study of the effect of a list of factors on the results of a potentiometric stripping analysis (PSA) of copper in wine, such as the pH, the potential and the duration of electrolysis, filtration, also the sugar, alcohol, total acid and carbon dioxide content. The obtained results pointed out the necessity of modifying the standard Jagner's method for the PSA of copper in wine.
