Summary:Heavy metal is known a dangerous matter to pollute soil. In some areas of Vietnam, concentration of heavy metals as Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd have passed over allowable limits of these in soil so researching to give reclaimable method of polluted soil have been concerned. Bioaccumulation is a method which has some benefit as not disorder to ecosystem, low price and easy for use. To estimate influence of microorganism to have heavy metal absorptive ability of some shallow plants, a experiment have been carried out in Dongmai village, Chidao commune, Vanlam district, Hungyen province - A recycling heavy metal village. Used plants consist of sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.), tagetes (Tagetes patula L.), spanish needle (Bidens pilosa L.) oilseed rape (or canola) (Brassica napus). Local microorganisms were isolated and selected from soil samples in this field are bacteria TB22, mould TM39, yeast HY4 and arbuscular mycosshizal fungi AMF4. Results show that microorganisms have considerable effect to heavy metal absorbability in plant. The highest concentration of heavy metal in plant reach 90 days after cultivating. Sunflower have the highest concentration of heavy metal with amount of copper, lead and zinc is 66.65, 491.71 and 246.34 mg.kg-1 dry biomass in trunk and leaves; 44.60, 1304.24 and 173.17 mg.kg-1 dry biomass, respectively. Biomass and total concentration of heavy metal in this plant is also on top level
