Summary:Parameters of 137 Cs, 90 Sr and 239,240 Pu transfer in soil profile at the different tracks of the ChNPP release fallout, presented by two main components (fuel and condensation ones), have been estimated on the base of in situ observations and with the use of quasi-diffusional and convective-diffusional models of transfer. Specific behaviour of the radionuclides represented by fuel components of the fallouts (90 Sr and 239, 240 Pu) in soils has been shown. The role of soil physico-chemical as well as water-physical properties in radionuclides redistribution intensity has been estimated. Predominant role of soil moisture content as well as content of mobile potassium in soil in formation of intensity of vertical transfer of caesium radioisotopes has been shown on the basis of correlation analysis. According to the intensity of 137 Cs vertical migration the systematization of the typical soils of the Ukrainian Polesye (Forest zone) has been carried out
