Bu çalışmada, bazı Lactobacillus (Lb. acidophilus NCC 12, Lb. acidophilus NCC 36, Lb. acidophilus NCC 68) ve Bifidobacterium (B. bifidum Bb 13, B. bifidum NCC 381) suşlarının fosfat tamponu (PBS) ve gıda modelinde aflatoksin M1 (AFM1) ve okratoksin A (OTA)yı bağlama yetenekleri araştırılmıştır.
