The MAT of serum samples from Bangkok Metropolitan with titer at 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200 to leptospires were 5, 2 and 1 serovars, respectively. Serum samples from Nonthaburi with titer at 1:50, 1:100 and 1:200 to leptospires were 3, 2 and 1 serovars, respectively. Serum samples from Pathumthani with titer at 1:50 and 1:100 to leptospires weres 4 and 2 serovars, respectively. Serum samples from Nakhon Pathom with titer at 1:50 and 1:100 to leptospires were 8 and 5 serovars, respectively. Serum samples from Pha Nakhon Si Ayuthaya with titer at 1:50 and 1:100 to leptospires were 9 and 5 serovars, respectively. Histopathological examination of kidney lesions were Chronic Interititial Nephritis at cortex area. Bangkok Metropolitan found kidney lesions 22 (38.6 percent) samples, MAT positive 21 samples and MAT negative 1 sample.
