Summary:Fourty-nine accessions of local rice variety namely Pingaew collected in the National Rice Genebank, were evaluated at Pathum Thani Rice Research Center in 2000 wet season, from 15 polymorphic traits. The collection was classified as a cluster analysis based. Six groups and 8 accessions out of group were identified by a dendogram at a Rescaled distance of 0.2 or 80 percent similarity.
