Summary:Prophylaxis of Chicken caecal coccidiosis by mixing 1 ppm Diclazuril in feed was tested in battery trial. The 8*104 oocysts of Eimeria tenella were orally inoculated in each bird after medication two days. Chicken were divided into 3 groups : normal, control and medicate group. All parameters, including lesion score, hematocrit, clinical signs and member of oocysts in feces, revealed that the medicate group got better effect in prophylaxis of caecal coccidiosis.
