Summary:The influence of 50 % (group 1) and 100 % (group 2) rapeseed cake replacement for soybean meal in feeding mixtures on technological and nutritive quality in broiler chickens was determined. Differences in live weight, weight of breast and thigh meat (control:P, P1:P2) were statistically significant (P less than 0.01). The chemical composition of breast and thigh meat was not significantly influenced.
