Summary:The influence on milk efficiency of various methods for female crosses creation was studied in crosses with 62.5 % heredity share of Black Pied breed (father F1 x mother mother F11, father F11 x mother F1, purebred Black Pied father x mother F10). The mathematical and statistical evaluation was performed by the least-square means method. The effects of herd, year of calving and genotype group were incorporated into the linear model of the analysis of variance in the evaluation of 1st lactation. The lactations 2nd - 5th were evaluated together. The linear model also contained the concomitant variable of lactation order. The statistically highly significant (P less than 0.01) influence of effects of herd and year of calving on the variability of all studied parameters is obvious in the results of the variance analysis (Tables 1 and 2). The differences between the genotype groups (various methods of creation) were statistically significant (P less than 0.05) in the milk components percentage. Table 3 shows that the highest fat and protein percentages were in daughters of purebred Black Pied sires.
