Summary:The article deals with methods which significantly Increase GPS accuracy without assistance of differential (DGPS) signal or other commercial solutions. Statistical and mathematical methods together with data on GPS speed and travel direction are used. Using this methods high accuracy In meters Is achieved. Moreover, the accuracy of forward speed can be Increased by tents of percents. Field measurements are used for assessing suggested methods. In further step, method using the forward speed Is simulated In MATLAB environment. Combination of described methods Implemented In a software enable to Increase the value of field penetration measurements conducted with the spatial geo-referencing.
