Summary: | The research was made on four geobiocoenological plots established in south part of the Kremnické vrchy Mts. The geobiocoenoses are a part of the 4th forest vegetation tier, mesotrophic order of geobiocoens, group of types of geobiocoens Fagetum pauper superiora and forest type 4302 Toothwort beech forest of higher degree (the type of natural phytocoenosis Dentaria bulbifera nudum, Prenanthes purpurea). The soils of geobiocoenoses are Eutric and Dystric Cambisols formed from andesite tuffaceous agglomerates. Due to accelerated mineralization of surface humus in better light and warm conditions increased the values of active soil reaction on clearing to the lower border of heminitrophillous inter-order of geobiocoens (to pHH2O 6,0). On the other hand, below 60-80 years old beech forest the actual soil reaction decreased up to top boarder of hemioligotrophic inter-order of geobiocoens (to pH H2O 4.9). The amount of surface humus increased up to growth phase of pole-stage stand, in which it made approximately 11 t per ha. In 200 years old beech stand it was higher only about 22%. In the region long-term influenced by acid atmospheric pollutants the amount of surface humus made more as 63 t. |
