Summary:The influence of different regulators and their concentrations on adventitious bud induction ability was tested in Rubus idaeus L. cultivars Afrodita, Miral, Sajana and Bojana, when leaves and petioles of vitro plants were used as primary explants. Induction of adventitious buds was achieved by use of BAP and zeatin in different concentrations. Differences in responsivity among cultivars and primary explants were observed.
