Summary:80 animals of the hybrid Seghers population were evaluated. A maternal population consisted of 18 animals, a paternal population no.1 of 30 anim. and no.2 of 32 ones. The test itself, we performed at the department's research and slaughter station. The feeding mixtures that were used in the experiment were OS no 3,4,5 and the gap among them was filled with temporary feeding mixtures no.1 and 2. Achieved daily increments for a range of 30 to 100 kg of live weight were: 907 g for maternal population, 930 g for paternal population no.1 and 898 g for the paternal population no.2. A food consumption per a gain of a kg was 2.61 kg in maternal population, 2.40 kg in the paternal population no.1 and 2.36 kg for the paternal population no.2. ME consumptions were 33.15 MJ/kg for the maternal population, 32.15 MJ/kg for the paternal population no.1 and 32.05 MJ/kg for the paternal group 2. The afformentioned data reveal that a phased and differentiated feeding brings the desired results out of consideration of a muscle creation in a pig breeding
