Summary:The indexes of overlapping of the ecological niches and the conditions for isolation of definite taxonomic populations were revealed by investigation of soils actinomycetical dynamic during microbial successions in chernozem. The most close turned out to be the econiches of species of sections Cinereus series Violaceus and Aureus. The most remote were the econiche of species section Cinereus series Achromogenes and Chromogenes. The most favourable conditions for the representatives of majority actinomycetes were shown to set up at the late succession stages - 32 - 62th day
