Summary:In the trial 10-d Black-and-White calves were assign to 2 groups fed milk (1, control group) or milk + 20 ml of the novel probiotic preparation tetralaktobacterin (4 Lactobacillus strains, 4*10E9 colony forming units/ml) daily up to 15 d of the life (2 group). Blood probes were obtained before morning watering at 1 and 15 days of the life. In the 2 group at the age of 15 d the increase was revealed in adaptive reserve of oxygen-dependent microbicidity of blood neutrophyles and oxygen non-dependent microbicidity of these cells tended to increase. Microbiocenosis of large intestine was optimized which was indicated by the increase in the number of bifidobacteria by 18.6% (P 0.05) and by decrease in the number of enterococci by 11.2% in comparison with control В опыте было сформировано 2 группы суточных телят черно-пестрой породы по 5 голов, которым до 15-суточного возраста выпаивали молоко (1-я группа, контроль) или молоко + ежедневно пробиотический препарат на основе лактобацилл по 20 мл на голову, 4*10E9 КОЭ/мл (2-я группа опытная). Образцы крови отбирали в возрасте 1 и 15 дней, образцы содержимого толстого кишечника - в возрасте 15 дней. У 2-й группы в возрасте 15 дней выявлено существенное увеличение адаптационного резерва кислородозависимой микробицидности нейтрофилов крови (Р 0.05) и тенденция к увеличению кислородонезависимой микробицидности этих клеток. Отмечена оптимизация микробиоценоза толстого кишечника, на что указывает повышение количества бифидобактерий на 18,6% (Р 0.05) и снижение количества энтерококков на 11,2% в сравнении с контролем
